Tasks

‎The Vice dean duties:‎

  • ‎Supervising the Administration affair and work to develop them‎
  • ‎Approve the procurement of the equipment, appliances and chemical materials in coordination with the Warehouse and Procurement Administration.‎
  • ‎Supervising the College loans, and send the related documents for the financial affairs.‎
  • ‎Authorizing payments from the College devoted loans according to the applied rules.‎
  • ‎Prepare the College needs for the positions, in coordination with College departments, Central lab, Research Center and the deanship of the teaching staff affairs.‎
  • ‎Authorize the payments from the College warehouse.‎
  • ‎prepare the annual budget for the procurement of the equipment, appliances and chemical materials in coordination with the Warehouse and Procurement Administration.‎
  • ‎Direct Contact with the all Departments and Units inside the University regarding his field, the Contact should be with his similar position or below.‎
  • ‎Starting work and starting over of the teaching staff‎

‎The Correspondence that could be directly sent to College Vice dean:

  • ‎The appliances requests‎
  • ‎The training courses of the College employees "Non teaching staff"‎
  • ‎The College needs of Stationary and furniture‎
  • ‎Identification Cards‎
  • ‎Annual Reports‎
  • ‎Receipt notes of the Chemical Materials and appliances‎
  • ‎Gases Requests‎
  • ‎PCs, photo copier and printers requests‎

‎The College Council secretariat‎
The Employees of this unit are directly connected with the Vice dean with the following duties:‎

  • ‎Making sure that all incoming correspondence meet the University regulations‎
  • ‎Prepare the Agenda for the College Council as per the income from the College departments, the vice deans and the dean.‎
  • ‎Send invitation to the Council Members, using Majales System‎
  • ‎write down the Council decisions and follow up sending them to the Concerns after initials form the Council Secretary and the dean approval.‎
  • ‎notarize the correspondence receipts as per Madar System with the proper number and dates         ‎

The College Vice dean office
The Duties"‎ ‎Follow up with different units in the University regarding:‎

  • ‎The approval of the department equipment and appliances and send them to the procurement administration for approval.‎
  • ‎The approval of the teaching staff and employee starting over ‎
  • ‎Supervising the social and cultural activities, in addition to the coordination with the Student affair deanship.‎
  • ‎‎Supervising the sport activities, in addition to the coordination with the Student affair deanship.‎‎
  • ‎Supervising the work progress in the College on coordination with the College administration.‎

The Administration Manager Tasks:
The Administration Manager is connected directly to the College Vice dean, and following will be his responsibilities:‎

  • ‎Reporting the non-teaching staff employees starting works and leaves as per the related regulations and instructions.‎
  • ‎Approve the annual and emergency leaves for the Administration employees and workers and for the other units employees which are connected to the vice dean. The Deanship of the teaching staff and employee affair will follow the procedures as per the related regulation and system.‎
  •  ‎Supervising the check in and out of the College Administration Employees in coordination with other departments and units.‎
  • ‎Signing the identification certificates for the College employees, but not the Experience or Appreciation Certificates.‎
  • ‎Follow up to provide the College with the needs of the Stationaries.‎
  • ‎Referring the College Contracts Employees compensations to the concerns, like the Tickets..etc, as per the related regulations.‎
  • ‎Follow up all safety issues in the labs of the college in coordination with other departments and units.‎
  • ‎Approval of the Sponsorship forms for the College employees in case of travel.‎
  • ‎Preparing the College needs of the workers and labors.‎
  • ‎‎Direct Contact with the all Departments and Units inside the University regarding his field, the Contact should be with his similar position or below.‎‎

T‎he Store: Three employees works and follow up all equipment and stationary providing for all College units, and the store employees duties will be the following:‎

  • ‎Follow up the loans process works.‎
  • ‎Follow up the equipment providing.‎
  • ‎The equipment register.‎
