Research Activities and Community Service:
Faculty and Staff of the department of Statistics and Operations Research have many research publications refrred and published in a number of International Journals. Also, the faculty participate in editing and referring many research Journals. In addition to the cooperation in research with faculty members of international universities and research centers such as McMaster University and Oklahoma University and many others. Some of the department faculty have written and translated many books in Statistics, Modelling, Simulation and Operations Research.
Regarding Cummunity Service, the department has many activities in the field of Statistical and management advisory and consultations for many organizations outside the university. In addition to aiding researchers from all departments of the university in statistical analysis of their research.
