- Supervising the training courses held at the college.

- Coordinating the reservations of the bleachers of the unit to hold lectures, seminars, conferences, etc

- Contacting the relevant authorities in accordance with the tasks of the unit.

- Preparing periodic, quarterly and final reports on the achievements of the unit at the administrative and financial level
