Abeer mohammed ben beagan obtained her master degree in 2007 from King Saud University and the title of the thesis was "Effect of polymers addition on electokinetic and rheological properties of bentonite suspension used in drilling fluids".

Then in 2016 she obtained her PhD from King Saud University and the title of her thesis was "synthesis and characterization of drug grafted on monomers and polymers for use in drug release”.

Her research interest focus on drug release, clay and porous material
