UNIT TASKS
The unit's tasks include the following:
1. Formation of the unit and defining its vision, mission, programs, annual plans, and guide.
2. Optimal investment in human resources in the college and benefit from their talents.
3. Activating the Kingdom's initiatives such as the Human Capital Development Program and the National Talent Scouting Program.
4. Building a database of talented employees of the college and communicating with the departments of the college and the relevant authorities.
5. Organizing training courses and workshops for the employees of the college and its departments.
6. Completion and follow-up of the tasks assigned to it in addition to its work.
7. Preparing an annual report to be sent to the dean of the college.
