Academic advising is a dynamic relationship between advisor and student to support the student's educational and career success. Advisors provide guidance on academic policies and regulations, post-graduate opportunities, and other resources available on-campus that offer academic and personal support.
In the Department of Chemistry, all faculty members participate in the academic guidance process under the supervision of the Student Affairs Committee. Concerning post-graduated students, advising is done by their supervisors.
Five outstanding students are also involved in the process of academic guidance as "Peer Advisors".
