Academic and professional guidance
The Student Guidance Committee in the department follows up on students academically by monitoring their academic level, repeated absences, identifying cases of weakness and failure in tests and courses, and directing them to join one of the student assistance channels available in the college to overcome their failures. It also directs students to the best courses and workshops that will provide students with good skills that increase their chances of obtaining the profession they desire, and urges and helps students to obtain volunteer opportunities in their specific fields, including urging them to join summer training if possible.
All students in the department are distributed among all faculty members so that academic guidance can be provided to them on an ongoing basis. Academic guidance in the department includes helping students register for the appropriate courses for them in each semester and advising them on apologizing for a course or withdrawing from the semester or postponing it.
