Nuclear physics and high energy physics

The Nuclear Physics and High-Energy Physics Group at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, King Saud University, focuses on studying atomic nuclei, their interactions, and the properties of fundamental particles in high-energy environments. The group's research areas include nuclear structure, nuclear models, radiation measurements, nuclear simulations, and radiation protection. It also works on developing advanced techniques for detecting radiation and analyzing data using modern computing tools.
The group aims to contribute to both applied and fundamental physics research, supporting innovation and advancing Saudi Arabia's position in advanced sciences in line with Vision 2030.
