Message from the Director of the College of Science Administration
I am pleased to welcome visitors to the College of Science Administration page, which represents one of the earliest-established colleges at the esteemed King Saud University. We are committed to providing the best administrative services to our college community, including faculty, staff, students, and visitors, as well as offering support in overcoming challenges through the ambitious vision and mission of the college.
Under the guidance and support of the Dean of the College of Science, we strive to align our work with Vision 2030, achieving the college’s goals in accordance with the university’s plans and regulations. Our aspiration is for the College of Science to stand as a symbol and role model of academic and administrative excellence.

Description of College Administration:
The College Administration is the entity responsible for overseeing the implementation of regulations and systems according to the administrative and financial procedures approved by the university.
Objectives:
Oversee the implementation of administrative and financial regulations and systems within the college.
Supervise the processing and execution of transactions related to the Faculty and Staff Affairs Unit, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as (leave requests, attendance tracking, allowances, tuition expenses, etc.).
Oversee the work of contractors within the college through the Passport Unit, covering:
(Residency permits, visas, travel tickets, etc.).
Supervise financial affairs and custodial matters related to the college.
Oversee college facilities, develop plans for maintenance, cleanliness, and follow-up, and coordinate with relevant entities.
Prepare the college's annual reports and periodic reports on the activities of units affiliated with the College Administration.
Execute all assignments and directives issued by the Dean of the College of Science
