Description:

A unit belonging to the administration of the College of Sciences. The unit is specialized in all financial affairs of the college in order to follow the needs of the college and in coordination with the university’s financial management whether permanent or temporary advances and disbursement from them and to pay maintenance and operation fees according to the exchange regulations from the advance financial and after approval of the college dean on the exchange procedures.

Objectives:

Securing the college’s financial needs in coordination with the university’s financial management whether permanent or temporary advances.
Securing financial resources for consumables, and paying for the maintenance and operation fees in accordance to the disbursement systems of financial advance.
Providing the material and technical requirements for the college.

Duties:

1. Follow-up to the college’s advanced payment and disbursement according to the exchange regulations, and approve the disbursement from the college’s Deanship.
2. Preparing bank checks to be signed by the dean or anyone of the authorized signatories
3. Following up clearance of the college’s advances payment in coordination with the university’s financial department.
4. Requesting a financial adavnced payment to the college.
5. Preparing the annual report about the unit's activities.
